Thank you for training us yesterday. I just wanted to let you know that I have not appeared on the Google Search results for 'any' of the keywords that I search for, related to my post.
My description is "How an Indian born loves Singapore, its food, culture and people. Why I love Singapore, Indian in Singapore,"
and keywords are "Indian loves Singapore, Love Singapore food, Singapore culture"
Please tell me if it can appear on the 1st page for any keyword at all.
There are a few things that make it hard to appear in Google result.
Look at the URL:
http://netzone.myblog.sg/2008/07/12/my-bintan-trip/
From the look of the URL, the Web page is about Bintan Trip.
Your title is I Love Singapore - this is very generic. So from the title it should be a story about Singapore and Love.
However, the content of your blog post is about food, culture, race, free lance training, India and Singapore.
There was no mention of the phrases "Indian loves Singapore", "Love Singapore food" and "Singapore culture". If you want to be ranked in Google search result for the particular phrase, you need to use it in the Title and the first few sentences of your article.
Go watch this video and learn the importance of using the "phrase" you want to rank in the content of your Web page.
